Straight answers

How do I sync subtitles that appear a few seconds late?

Enter a positive shift (for example 2.5) to move every cue later, or a negative shift to move them earlier. The preview updates instantly so you can check the new timings before downloading.

My subtitles are fine but start at 00:04:12 — how do I zero them?

Use the “Start at 00:00” toggle. It slides the entire track so the first cue begins at zero, keeping every gap intact.

What happens if shifting makes some cues start before zero?

Those cues are clamped to 00:00:00 rather than dropped, and the report tells you how many were clamped — so nothing silently disappears.

Can I fix half-frame drift, like 23.976 vs 25 fps conversions?

A constant offset fixes most drift cases. Frame-rate conversions that scale over time are on the roadmap.
